SPLTOOL Print Range (PRTRNG) Function Updated to Handle Spooled Files up to 999,999,999 Pages

Spooled File Tools (SPLTOOL) and it's Print Range (PRTRNG) command has now been up dated to handle spooled files up to 999,999,999 pages. The previous limit was 999,999 pages which, after over 30 years, a customer actually was able to go over!

If the new limit is ever reached I will officially retire. :)
