Recently I've been asked by a few customers to do the software version upgrades for them. This made me think that if this was a service I could offer, it would not only help keep customers more up to date, but also make support a lot easier.
Right now I am offering to help update, as long as there is a way to get on the system (TeamViewer, WebEx, VPN, etc). The charge would be 1 hour minimum at my current consulting rate (currenty $125/hour).
